Recognize and nurture spiritual maturity in others.

Develop a personal plan for multiplying leaders and building a discipleship legacy.
Course Structure
6 Modules | 60 minutes each | Includes reflection, discussion, and assessments

Module 1: The Biblical Foundation of Discipleship
• Define discipleship using a scriptural and theological framework • Explore the Great Commission and Christlikeness as the aim of discipleship • Reflect on personal growth and assess stages of spiritual maturity

Module 2: The Flow of Discipleship Sessions
• Learn the 4-part session structure: Prayer, Connection, Scripture, Goals • Design a Spirit-led, transformational discipleship session • Apply the format through journaling and feedback

Module 3: Life-on-Life Discipleship
• Practice relational mentoring through shared rhythms and organic interactions • Develop a one-week life-sharing calendar • Identify teachable moments in daily life

Module 4: Biblical Models of Mentorship
• Study mentoring pairs: Moses/Joshua, Naomi/Ruth, Paul/Timothy, Jesus/the Twelve • Discover principles of modeling, relational equity, and reproduction • Create a personal mentorship roadmap

Module 5: Signs of Maturity and Leading Well
• Recognize spiritual maturity through Galatians 5 and James 1–5 • Reflect on personal growth and leadership stewardship • Build a plan to help others move past plateaus

Module 6: Multiplying Leaders and Legacy Building
• Apply the 2 Timothy 2:2 model of multiplication • Learn the IIOE framework: Instruct, Implement, Observe, Evaluate • Create a 90-day multiplication strategy
